Mrs. Walker provided excellent customer service during my property preparation, marketing and real estate transaction. Her marketing strategy and local insights helped to ensure that I was preparing and asking the right price for my home. Our real estate journey had some unexpected hurdles, but she handled every issue with grace. She was also very helpful in advocating for my interests and coordinating the last-minute details and access to the home - sometimes on a moments notice. Mrs. Walker was very informative and provided timely responses to any questions I had. She was also very accomodating in coordinating my appointment with the title company to sign the paperwork required for signature prior to my planned travel, which ran smoothly with no issues. I really appreciated her professionalism, hard work and patience in making the experience feel effortless.

“Where do I start!!!! Erika is beyond amazing!!!!! She goes above and beyond. We have been searching for our home for over a year and she was very understanding!!! This year we look a leap and decided to sell our home, well Erika sold it in 2 days. With the fast turn around we really started searching hard. Well needless to say we finally found a winner and our offer was approved in less than 24 hours thanks to her I am not sure what magic she pulled, but let me tell you she made it happen!!!! . “Erika is phenomenal! She worked with us a year before we began looking to help steer us in the right direction and get us prepared financially. Once we were ready, she worked tirelessly to make sure we understood the process and ended up with the perfect home for us. Erika was able to work with my husband and I around our very busy schedules. She was able to show us multiple houses each week and offer necessary insight into possible issues with the houses, neighborhood factors, and other things we just didn't think about. When it was time to put an our offer (I should say offers, because in this housing market it took a few tries before we got the perfect one) she was on it; coordinating with the seller's agent and our lender. When an offer wasn't accepted, she would say "that 1 wasn't for you." She didn't let us get too caught up and why another offer was accepted and I was wasn't. I even cried about offer #6 or something, thinking that was "the one that got away" but being in my current house. I know that she was right the whole time. My husband and I cannot imagine going through that process with anybody else. 10 out of 10 HIGHLY recommend!”
